MORE THAN A MAP

A reason to join.
A reason to reconnect.

Turn your map project into a conversation about the value of chamber membership.

01

Give members additional exposure

Offer participating businesses a place in your community’s printed map and online directory, with advertising opportunities tailored to the project.

02

Start new membership conversations

Use the map opportunity to introduce prospective members to your chamber and explain the visibility that participation can provide.

03

Reconnect with lapsed members

Give businesses that haven’t renewed a timely reason to hear from you. A member-focused map project can support your re-engagement efforts.

A STRAIGHTFORWARD PARTNERSHIP

You make it part of your community.

A clear division of responsibilities keeps the project moving while your team stays focused on chamber business.

Agree on the coverage area, formats, participation opportunities and project terms, including royalties.

  2. 02 / INTRODUCE

We work on the map, advertising sales and artwork. Your team helps confirm chamber information and reviews the project details.

  4. 04 / CONNECT

    Share the finished maps

Distribute the printed maps and share the interactive map link. Royalties are paid during the project as payments are received, according to your agreement.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Common questions.

Does the chamber pay for the maps?

The advertiser-supported chamber program is offered at no expense to the chamber. Scope, participation, quantities and other project terms are agreed before work begins. Ask us to outline the program for your chamber.

How do chamber royalties work?

The chamber receives royalties under its project agreement. Payments are made during the project as advertising payments are received. The royalty rate and payment terms are specific to each agreement; there is no universal percentage.

How much time does our staff need to spend?

Your team helps confirm the coverage and chamber information, reviews materials and distributes announcements through your own channels. Dolph prepares the flyers and handles map production and advertising work. We plan for minimal staff involvement, with those responsibilities made clear up front.

Can this help recruit or bring back members?

A member-focused map project gives your team another way to explain membership value to prospective and lapsed members. Participation rules are set for your project. Membership decisions and results depend on each business and your outreach.

Are print and interactive maps customized for us?

Yes. We review your chamber’s area and goals, then agree on the map coverage, formats and advertising opportunities. The examples here show existing projects; your map’s content, quantities and online features are determined with your chamber.
